By engaging Sophiantero Co. (“the Agency”) for any investigative service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
The Agency provides licensed private investigation services including but not limited to surveillance, background checks, corporate investigations, and digital forensics. All services are performed within the scope of California law.
The Agency maintains strict client confidentiality. Information disclosed during the course of an engagement is shared only with personnel directly assigned to the case.
Clients agree to provide truthful, lawful information. The Agency reserves the right to refuse or terminate any engagement that would require unlawful conduct.
Fees are quoted in writing before work begins. Retainers may be required for extended engagements. Unused retainer balances are refunded upon case closure.
The Agency’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
